Hi There……

We are Chrome Alert and our desire was to create one united global community fighting classic car and hot rod theft. With the help of the public, law enforcement and governments we can all be a part of stopping this global problem.

This website was created to provide classic car and hot rod owners the ability to mass notify the public when their vehicles are stolen. It is simply a place to help reunite hot rods and classic cars with their owners. Chrome Alert will become a live data base for people to check and see what is stolen and what has been found.

Chrome Alert is all about the global car community and it is with this love of the automobile that we want a platform where people can meet, talk, trade ideas about restorations and most importantly, to keep an eye out for the vehicles that have been taken.

We want this site to become a place that you can refer to if you see a vehicle that may be stolen, if unfortunately, your vehicle has been stolen, it will be the place to advertise it. Just think, if you report that your car has been stolen to the police, you post it on this site, and with our global reach, it will not just be the law enforcement who are looking for your vehicle.

Not only do we want all our members to have access to the community, but we also want the community to benefit with our growth. We will work with automotive related businesses and companies to join our site that could lead to discounts on merchandise. Giving back to our members through corporate discounts and giveaways is very important to us.

We will also be giving back to organizations and charities such as MADD which is one organization that we strongly believe in. Zero tolerance for drunk driving.

The Ownership
My name is Donna, one of the owners of Chrome Alert, and I grew up in a small British Columbia, Canada town. My family owned the Pacific 66, and my dad was an incredible mechanic that was able to fix almost anything.

I get my love and passion for classic cars and hot rods from my father. My husband Mark and I met because of a mutual love of cars. For the past 23 years I have had a seat on the board of directors for the Penticton Peach City Beach Cruise. This is British Columbia, Canada’s premiere classic car show held every June in Penticton overlooking the beautiful Okanagan Lake.
